A little about us
XO Homes was founded by 2 London raised friends passionate about the growth of their community. With over 40 years of combined new home building experience, the XO team offers a knowledgeable and modern vision to the industry. Our level of engagement with every decision in the building process assures the high level of quality we strive to achieve.
Chau Trac
Chau is a graduate of the construction program at Fanshawe College and he is the XO Homes construction lead with extensive experience in the industry. Working in construction at an early age, he spent many years building homes with multiple home builders and land developers in London. Leading the XO team on plans, permits, and overall construction, his wealth of knowledge is utilized to continuously improve the quality in every XO home.
Carlos Sousa
Carlos acquired the fundamentals of new home construction through his family business and having worked with one of the largest home builders and land developers in London. Carlos is a CPA, having studied the financial side of corporate management. A graduate from the business administration program at The University of Western Ontario, he heads the finance and operations of XO Homes, with a focus on the client experience.

Building with XO Homes means that you will have endless options to customize your home. We involve the client in every step of the design process. Whether you start with an XO plan or a new inspiration, we provide the canvas and tools to create something uniquely your own. From the size, colour, and location of your windows to the hardware in your kitchen, every component is customizable. We take this philosophy into consideration when selecting our trades. We work with skilled craftspeople who have the talent, experience, and finishes to make all requests feasible. We do not limit our client’s options or their creativity. Whether for flair or function, we can make it a staple of your new home.
Customer Service
Building your dream home is a significant milestone for you and your family. At XO Homes, we strive to offer unmatched support and foresight to guide you through the home building process to achieve your desired vision. An XO representative is present every step of the way, including all selection meetings, to ensure that decisions are fully informed and to provide insight on the overall design of your home. We stand by the quality of our work and make a commitment to you that our dedicated Warranty Team will ensure timely solutions should any matters arise after you move in to your home. We operate with open and constant communication and our passion for home building compels us to offer the highest level of service before, during and after your home is built.
Rebuild Response
If you have an insurance claim we have you covered! XO Homes assists families that have experienced total home losses. In conjunction with Rebuild Response, we identify individuals who have experienced these losses and turn their unfortunate situation into a new dream home. Being able to be a part of the Rebuild Response team is a testament to our customer service as this is a major factor considered when joining their team. We have the tact and compassion to ensure homeowners who have experienced a traumatic event are given the appropriate attention and care.
